Designation Tool for Communities United to Prevent Suicide


The Suicide Prevention Office and the Suicide Prevention Center of New York look forward to continuing to support your county’s efforts to address the burden of suicide in a comprehensive manner.  We believe that the designation tool process will serve as the framework to accomplish this goal. Further resources and information will be added to this page on a regular basis to supplement and support your planning and implementation.
